14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include all accessories, manuals, and components

• Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used

• Consumable products

• Customized or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item received

• Photos of any damage or defect

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
